It came as a complete surprise to us when we received an email stating we had left a 1-star review, as that could not be further from the truth. We were incredibly grateful for Sarah’s dedication and hard work—she truly went above and beyond to tailor our wedding dress (the Bow Tie from Emerald Bridal) within a tight timeline.

Upon further investigation, we noticed another client with the same last name had left a negative review. Initially, we were a bit firm over the phone, thinking it might have been a hoax call my sincere apologies if I sounded rude in anyway.

I can’t thank Sarah’s Dressmaker in Chatswood enough! After Luv Bridal in Crows Nest ordered the wrong cut of my wedding dress, by cut i mean a big slit to my hips. I was devastated however calm in knowing there was a solution to it. I was ok to work with a slit but not so high. THEN I was put in touch with Somi and her incredible team — absolute angels!

Somi is the sweetest, most professional and experienced dressmaker I’ve ever met. She took the time to truly understand what I wanted, made sure I was 100% happy, and worked her magic to transform the dress into something absolutely perfect. The end result? A dream come true.
